I'm Michael Weitzman. I built a successful tech and digital agency — World Source Tech — starting in 2009, back when "remote-first" wasn't yet a movement, just a preference.

Somewhere between the business, 79 countries, my pilot's license, and a long stretch of CrossFit, I realized I'd built the outline of a life I actually wanted. Then I realized most of the people around me were postponing theirs.

I now live in Mexico City. I train hard, fly small planes, travel well, and run a company that's built to support the life around it — not the other way around.
