This alarm clock helps you establish sleep hygiene (bedtime routine), tells you bedtime stories (choose from various stories to put you to sleep in the app), and gently wakes you up first with pre-programmed lighting modes that slowly become brighter in the AM. Modes like "morning in Prague" or "Miami sunrise", etc.  Wake up to light wind-chimes or the soundtrack of your choice. Change any of these settings in the app. Huge improvement to my sleep with my hatch.

Afershokz Aeropex Bone Conduction Headphones

Why I Love It:

I absolutely love these headphones! I started using them about a year ago after I had my traditional headphones up way too loud when I was working out. As a result of that I developed tinnitus in my right ear which still nags me to this day. One thing that has been very effective in reducing this however is using these bone conduction headphones. The sound is transferred to your brain through the bones in your cheeks rather than via the air to your ear. Something like that. Anyway, sweat resistant and very comfortable - look cool and the battery lasts a really long time. They don't bounce around when running or doing CrossFit  / etc.

Vari Sit to Stand Desk

Why I Love It:

A little more than I wanted to spend on a desk but totally worth it. Looks amazing (several top and leg options available), was easy to assemble (10 minutes by my self) and is extremely high quality. #adulting.
