I'm a life long fitness enthusiast. I have been an instructor, personal trainer, CrossFit coach, motivator, light a fire under your ass-er-er, etc.
Most importantly I am passionate about helping people find fitness and maintain a life with fitness not just as a priority but as a core value.
I have been doing CrossFit for almost 9 years. I love competing in local competitions and just improving my own personal performance over time. We can always strive for 1% better.
I have the CF-L1 and L2 designations and have coached hundreds of people on their fitness journey.
I too receive coaching from the amazing people at @fit305 and CrossFit Lake Effect and am a firm believer that everyone needs a coach.

I opened World Source Tech in 2008 with our first office in Grand Rapids Michigan. Since then we've opened offices in Chicago, Miami, Silicon Valley and have done business with clients all over the world.
